Cartrack Services Very Bad

We have been struggling with Cartrack now for quite a while. Their product is very good by their Technical and Customer service is useless, they always have excuses why they cannot come and fix the units in the vehicles. When you phone Customer service they always puts you from pillar to post and they never call you back.

We are really disappointed in the service that they deliver.
