Cartrack - Services of poor quality

Worst service ever. Got charged for a unit that does not work and they refuse to refund or move the payment to the next month. Took more than a month to replace the unit with no communication on queries with them. Will never recommend them to anyone. Customer and Account services poor and non-informant. They just quick to tell you, you signed a 3 year contract and are liable for every payment working unit or not.
