Cartrack services is a mess

I have an ongoing issue with cartrack, I have been using it for sometime in 2021 I had issue which i reported since devices stopped working they never came to fix it. In 2022 I lost 2 batteries on reported cars as their devices were not working, I requested cancelation in 2023 on all cars since we couldn't reach agreement on how my batteries will be refunded. I took them time to cancel and they say I owe them. There after I paid them discounted amount they asked for and they promise to restore service on one of my cars but till today nothing happened.
