Cartrack Services are pathetic

Cartrack's Services are very pathetic,

The tracker for my car has not been working effectively for the pat 10 Months, I've logged two calls with their client services department.

Each time I log a call, they promise to send a technician to look into the issue but 10 month down the line they haven't sent anyone.

This is very concerning because should anything happen to my car they won't be able to track. this happens even-though they are debiting my account every-month.

This is not the kind of service that you would expect from the company that is as big as cartrack.

I would advise anyone who is looking to install a tracker on their cars not to use Cartrack because they are very pathetic.

My nephew had the same challenge from the same company about 18 months ago.
