Cartrack Service Sucks!!!

Had an appointment with Cartrack today at 10:00. Called them at 11:00 as to why we are still waiting for them to arrive. A technician will be appointed to my installation later in the day and then the installation will be done! Seriously! I run a delivery service and my vehicle must be off the road the whole day until they decide it fits them to come and do the installation. Don't have the decency just to call ahead and warn the customer.

And this is the second time they have done this to me.

Rather go with Tracker if you can.
