Cartrack service is poor

I've been trying to call them leaving so many times regarding my problem about downgrading to the option that is needed by my car insurance. Cartrack is playing hard and seek. I'm so tired to speak to them. If they can't help me they must come and remove this track device in my car so that I can join another track company
