CARTRACK service is pathetic.

Bought vehicle February last year and Cartrack was installed. Cartrack device stopped working October 2023 and now they tell me to pay callout fee as the contract is past the 1st year of cover. I do not even have the vehicle for a Year. After phoning a couple of times and sending many emails no response from them, but I must keep on paying every month. Stay away from Cartrack. You are quick to take the premium every month but your service suck.
