CARTRACK SERVICE IS HORRIFIC!!!!!!!

Horrific service - sold something that does not work to our needs at all, with all the promises in the world, had numerous meetings with the sales manager and accounts manager - NO SOLUTION from their side, only solution was from us to spend more money, which we did (3 times) still not working and nobody will take the time to contact us back after months and months of back and fourth emails, once we had mentioned there is no T&Cs stating xyz, we have not heard from them again however they debiting close onto R6k pm.
