Cartrack service is horrible

The service I got was horrible. An agent from Cartrack came to install an upgraded tracker on my car at 3pm but failed to activate it. We tried to call the office several times and no one had working solution. Now it's 9pm still the tracker is not activated and no one seem to care really. That means I'll be spending the night without a tracker on my car. Its even highly concerning that I might spend the weekend without a tracker on my car. This is the worse service ever. No one seem to be equipped to assist me.
