CarTrack service is disgusting.

CarTrack AGAIN!!! I was in a terrible accident, spent 2 months in hospital, i basically dont have any mobility, and have been medically boarded at work. my application for income is with Uif, and the only thing she says to me is: when can you pay? 10 million phone calls all asking the same thing. i asked 1 lady to note it on the system, so the next caller can just refer to that note, then the phone call is short, but no, i have to relive the trauma of the accident over and over by explaining my situation. this is not on. i am caneling, id rather pay a penalty that this junk. CarTrack service is disgusting.
