Cartrack service is bad

I have been waiting for weeks now to have my tracker de installed from my vehicle which I have sold and re installed into my new vehicle.

First a technician was assigned to do it but never showed up because he moved to Cape Town.

Ons the 18th someone else had to de install the tracker which never happened.

I had to pay my monthly fee and for the de installation and re installation and no one cares to do it.

Evertime when I phone, it takes about 35 minutes for them to assist and to get hold of the technician.
