Cartrack **** service

Cartrack is the most pathetic unreliable company ever and I won't recommend them to anyone, they are quick to phone a person to tell them that the payment is behind but can't deliver on the contract they promised the client, I've been with Cartrack for 3 long years and The only time they phoned me was to try and sell more products and extra services to me, last year I sold my car and asked them almost a month and half before I sold it to have the device removed so I can have it re installed in a new car and they actually responded 2 months after I sold my car and by then the car was in Botswana and then they could phone me for the whole week to find out when they can remove the device from my car "that was already sold" now they are demanding a R3000 and my contract is ending end of January, how pathetic is that, close your business or get more professional staff that knows what to do and how to keep your clients happy. I think you must change your name to cartoon services
