Cartrack Service

I called Cartrack today shaken and in-distress because I was not feeling safe there were unknown men’s in my home driving a taxi blocking my drive way threatening to harm me and taking my car. The lady from Cartrack told me it’s not their business, I should call the police and only call them once the car is taken or find other alternatives. This men they wanted to take my phone as well, tell me; how can I call them and tell them my car is taken without my phone? and what is the use of having panic buttons if you can’t even use it when you are in danger.!? Thank God to the community members who saw gathered and start fighting back on my behalf & my two nieces who were with me or otherwise my car would have been taken. So if you are with Cartrack and you think you can call them in danger of your car being taken or use their panic button , just know you are wasting your time you own your own.!
