Over 40 minutes on my cellp hone with car track ,all you get is attitude and hold on ,issue still not resolved no call back ,stay away from car track ,we as company will be moving somewhere else ,worst customer service i have ever witnessed ,we deal with an huge amount of big companies and a lot of people they will hear all about Cartrack **** service our new hi luxes will be getting tracker units and dashcams
