CARTRACK: SELF ENRICHING ****MERS!!!!!

I have had an accident with my vehicle and to my dismay, my car was written off. This was really hard on me as this was my only means to travel to and from work. This really impacted my finances. I called cartracker to inform them and the person I spoke to said I must cancel and they will process that. Today, I recieve a message that they blacklisted me even though they deducted all their money from me and 2 of their consultants tell me it doesn't matter whether I have a car or not but I am still liable for payments for 36 months, a clause I was not shown or told during the uptakung of the insurance. I was told that they don't care and had to hold for Ling with their consultants screen grabbing "terms and conditions " and digging up their clauses. It is really ******** to make a person pay for 36 months for a device I do not have especially when the car has been written off and probably no longer in my name. Is there any organisation that is monitoring this companies contracts??? Especially when recruiting people. I am ashamed to have been a part of cartrack ar this point. With an app that freezes over, rude consultants, money making schemes, inconsiderate self enriching tactics. I do not have a vehicle anymore, what would cadtrack be tracking for the 36 months??? Is that a ******** way of hooking me so I am forever indebted to them???? Cartrack you should be ashamed!!!! You deducted whatever I owed you?? Why the threatening messages and emails like we are living in the **** life???? I should have taken tracker, I was warned. U am deeply disgusted. I will make sure everyone knows about this nonsense .
