Cartrack scrambled and useless Looters

I was involved in bad accident in July 2018 and I informed Cartracker that my car was wrote off they can deactivate device because there is no more car to be tracked now.

There was no one willing to assist on my issue and now they only keep debiting on my and i am just paying something that I don't even use on a monthly basis. They steel my money in this case i have already paid out R1500 for the period that i lost my car. They are useless and not care with their clients.
