Cartrack schedule department clueless!!!

Cartrack scheduling department don’t know what they doing!! I have been waiting now for 2 weeks to get my tracking device fitted and the agents don’t know what they doing every time I call in. Cartrack standard has really dropped over the years. I might as well look for another tracking company
