Cartrack ********

When I joined cartrack I chose my desired option then notified the sales consultant Nhlanhla Baloi about the 3 months free promotion when joining before 21 December 2021. I was the told I didn't qualify for it. When I asked why he didn't have a straight answer bug went to consult his supervisor and ended up saying I qualified. When we were busy we debit order authorization I joined he had chosed the incorrect plan. He acknowledged this and Saud hd would fix it. I asked if I should cancel it and he said even if I did it could pull the correct money installments. I canceled it. Then I start getting calls saying I now have to pay R109 for activation fee of which I refused saying activation fee is R99. I was told it's because I declined the debit order mandate. So I get charged because their consultant chose the wrong plan. For some reason I feel had I chose to continue it would debit R279 and I would've been told I agreed to it. They must come take their unit out of my car. I'll use a different tracking company . *******e
