Cartrack **** or not?

I was hijacked and left in the bush, after all that traumatic experience, cartrack came with their own trauma.no one from cartrack contacted me or gave me feedback on my car even though I've never skipped a payment.aftet being taken from pillar to post i was able to get hold of Chantal who is the lady handling the recovery warranty, it's been 4 months now and I'm still not sure whether cartrack is a **** or reputable company. All my documents were delivered to them as they requested, all payments up to date but cartrack is not playing ball.should we continue to trust such a company with our money,cars and most importantly lives?the R150 000 recovery warranty is a **** they need to be exposed for this.18 June 2021 is D-day ,we shall see ,but I'm done being ****** off my money by these big companies.
