CarTrack ****

I joined cartrack company on October if not November 2020.On the day of installation i called my car insurance King Price car insurance to inform them that cartrack are going to install the device and that they must send them a lead inorder for me to get the special of paying R49 when im isured with King Price,and my insurance did just that,but when they started to Debit ,they took R149 till now February 2021,i thought it was a once off,but to my suprise they still deduct R149 from me instead of the R49 special that actually made me to sign up the cartrack 3 years contract.i called them yesterday to lay my complain,but instead i was taken pillar to post,i was also told that im the one who contacted them directly,not my insurance ,hence they debit me the R149
