CARTRACK: SAVE YOURSELF FROM CARTRACK YOU WILL REGRET JOINING THEM

Never join Cartrack ever. I sold my vehicle Nov 2020. Called cartrack to unscribe. They said I need to pay a cancellation fee. I was shocked that this is the case, but apparently I had a contract, not a subscription. Cancellation fee was R1700 payable immediately. I said I cant pay that now. They must not cancel, i will continue to pay my devit order of R250, which i never skipped, when I can afford to cancel i will call them. A week later they called and demanded an outstanding cancellation fee. I was suprised and said impossible, as I never cancelled they insisted that i what is reflecting on their system. I asked for proof that i submitted cancellation documents. They were unable to provide. They said I can make an arrangement to pay it off. I agree and it was R150pm. I paid it via debit order. Every month i receive endless threating calls from them to pay or else. every time i explain the same story. They apologise after check it oun the system. Then letters of demand started. I call they check on the system and then they warn me to stick to my arrangement, which I never missed or skipped. They claim they have no control over their system these messages are automatically sent. I spoke to Kavitha Laal, who manages CEO escalation, she rep**** and apologised and promised to sort this out. Never happened the threats and endless emails continues. They are not registered with any ombud, or NCC or anything so you cant lodge a complaint. In my opinion that is why they can do whatever the hell they please and infringe on the rights of others. I spoke to their head of Legal Kananello. He said the same story and said I can speak to him if I have a problem 24hours later I receive an email from Wendy Monaledi saying I have to settle my arrears. I do not know what ot do anymore to stop this harassment! They simple just do not stop! All of them are *********** and I have not come across one person that can assist. I assumed according to the internet Harry Louw was the CEO, I even tried to copy him in the email, but no response or acknowledgement. Not sure if the email was correct, but it didnt bounce back. Save yourself do not join cartrack ever!!!!
