Cartrack sales ****s

I received a call from one of the sales personnel and confirmed I'm an existing customer. I told the guy whose name I couldn't remember that I'm not interested in the anti-signal jamming device and that I would make contact with Cartrack myself when I want the device, as I plan to upgrade my tracking device in the future. He then told me that he will just read me the Ts&Cs to confirm that I understand it . Minutes later, I receive a sms for installtion. I phoned back and cancelled it.

Is this the way Cartrack does business ?

I'm ****ed at the whole scenario and will cancel my contract as soon as it comes to terms, as i can't afford the cancelation fees
