Cartrack SA **** :****ming their client wity funny tricks
I had a unit installed at one of my old car i sold, when i sold the car i called them to come and uninstall the unit and they asked me to 1st more 2k, i refuse to pay as there ws no mutual agreement that i will pay when i sell the car. I was dissapointed as they cant provide me wth a proof of agreement yet theyy send new people to demand cancellation fee of 2.4k,each tym is new peeson u mst explain what happen n if u aked the person to provide copy of contract they jst hang up,thier emplees r nt professional enough n i doubt if they hv grade R

1. Your employees doesnt disclose contact information and not willing to share thier direct contact (why hide office line not switch board if you work for a reputable company)
Someone claimed to be CEO contacted me with email, i wrote and request his contact, instead they send me terms and conditions. If i may ask,what must i do wth your term and conditions? provide me with a copy of signed contract form and T&C. CEO of the company can not provided his client with information. Not sure why but proove why they need 2.4k out of d blue
