Cartrack running a shady business by double debting every month!

This is the worse tracker you can talk for your car. The run a shady business where they debt twice. So in May they decided to debt the money for the cart tracker on the 14 of the month instead of the 15 of the month like agree. They did not notify me that they will be deducting on that day and the debt order bounced because i do not keep money in my savings account. I called them to ask what happened and they explained and i told them to try again on the 20. They did take the money and then also taook moeny for the late payment or bounced payment, which was fair. I have been getting my account double debted every month since then and I have been complaining every month and just get a promiser of it being fixed. which it never is getting fixed. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from car tracker they run a shady business.
