Cartrack rude staff Nwabisa Muzingelo discussing attitude

I got a call from a lady called Nwabisa Muzingelo regarding a car alert because I forgot to switch off my car watch. I politely explained to her that I am actually disappointed that they are only calling me after 10 minutes since the car has been on. She then started answering me in a rude and shouting way, and all I was expressing that I would expert a call immediately from them if I forgot to switch off the carwatch alert. She was none apologetic and continued raising her voice. I think Cartrack are now starting to get way over their head and looking down on us who make them who they are today. Second complaint within lesss than a month.
