Cartrack review

On the 18th of August, Cartrack installed a tracking device on my brand new vihicle.

It came out that the unit was faulty. They took longer to respond to my complaint.

Evertually, they sent a technician to reinstall a new unit.

It's now working as a bomb. I nearly lost faith in them. Only to learn that they must have been busy.

They listened to my escalation.

Keep it up There is room for improvement on communication though. Keep us informed.
