Cartrack reping us off

So my debit order went unpaid last Thursday, o forgot to transfer money due to heritage holiday, then am told I must pay car track R60 for unpaid debit plus R228 ot their monthly subscription, I asked them to send me my contact since am not aware of the unpaid fee ,imagen the bank has charged me already for the unpaid debit ,now car track too how kanjani coz I have no idea of such ???
