Cartrack rep entered me into agreement in bad faith

I have had a ********** time with CarTrack. I had only 1 car registered with CarTrack and then I noticed that they had a referral campaign going, where if you make a referral you get a 2 months free of payment for your car track service. I then made an enquiry and received a call from a consultant, who I preceded to ask : I am able to refer myself to the 2 month payment free campaign as I have another car, that I would like to register with you guys, I am still shopping car tracking systems but on the basis that I can get the referral campaign I will sign up with CarTrack"

The lady preceded to tell me that I could absolutely refer myself to the and received the 2 months payment free campaign promise. I have since asked for the recording and it was sent to me on Friday with the heading "Please find attached" and no remedy, the recording clearly outlines my question and in the answer she told me I will get the referral campaign and on that basis I went ahead and signed up.

I now dont know what to do and wish to cancel my other subscription but I am unable because the only calls I get are for collection and nobody wants to assist me with my problem. I agreed to the terms in good faith and CarTrack have acted in bad faith. I have no option but to rely on the ombudsman.
