Cartrack Renewed Contract without my concern

I had the cartrack contract in 2019 and lost my job in 2021 June. I explained that I'm no longer employed and need to cancel the contract. They told me I had to R2000 if I wish to terminate the Contract. I even went to the offices in rosebank they only sent me the forms to terminate the contract. The contract I signed was supposed to end in 2023. To my surprise after informing cartrack that I'm unemployed the renewed my contract in 2023 I only get the 350 grant and they debting 240 in my account. I have to reverse the charges every month and pay unnecessary charges. Please assist in coming out of the contact that I did not renew.
