Cartrack refusing to terminate my contract.

I've been with cartrack for 3 years when my contract elapsed I called them to terminate my contract as I did not require their services anymore. When I called them informing them I want to cancel the contract. They ask me question to verify if I'm the right person then after confirming I'm the right person, i was told somebody will call me to finalize the process. Then I was only called after 34 days and I forced to have my contract active for another 21 days. I was forced to agree to it unless I wont be able to terminate my contract. I was not happy with the way I was treated by Cartrack.
