Cartrack refusing to pay my claim .

Cartrack it's a ****, they tell you about paying R150000 should they fail to find your car but when such time comes they give you runaround. I have provided them with everything they needed yet they say the didn't receive some of them, when giving feedback with proof that they received the documents, they stop communicating. That's how bad they run their business.
