Cartrack refuses to terminate my contract

I have been contacting Cartrack to cancel my contract with them for months with no assistance. I have been calling, only to be either dropped or transferred to a line that never picks up! I have even left a messages on their website contact form. It feels like this is a way for them to make me continue paying for a service I do not need. Such service is pathetic!
