Cartrack refuses to refund me my money

This is one **** of a company they struggle with doing a simple refund. I mistakenly paid R3000 into their account and they been giving me a run around when they have to refund my money. Everyday it’s a different story of why they haven’t done the refund. They say I did not provide proof of payment but I did. I send the damn thing to two of their useless consultants.
