Cartrack Refuses to Cancel Subscription

My name is Tembalethu Nokoyo, just over 2 years ago I bought a second hand car and decided to get a tracker fitted. I accepted a quote from Cartrack and the tracker was fitted within a few days, everything was going fine. 2 months later I got stopped by the police and that's when I learned that the car was part of some ******** activity that happened in Pretoria a few years ago, so the car was impounded and stored at the police impound in Aeroton and the car has been there ever since that time until today. I immediately contacted Cartrack to inform them that the car is no longer in my position but in the position of the SAPS which means there would be no need to track the car anymore, I wanted to cancel the subscription. Its over 2 years now and I am still paying for a tracker which is sitting at the police impound, basically I am paying for no service at all. Every time I speak to their consultants, I never get anywhere, instead of just cancelling this subscription seeing as I'm not using it, i am told about more money that I need to pay in order to get it cancelled. I need help in getting this subscription cancelled ASAP.
