Cartrack refuses to cancel my policy

I have been trying to cancel cartrack since October 2021. Cartrack calls me and hangs up in my ear or cuts the call after verifying all my details as a way to ensure I never get to cancel my policy, so I decided to stop all debit orders and now they've been calling me nonstop to make a payment. my argument is how can I pay when I've already cancelled yet nobody responds to that they told me its R1400 for cancellation and I am still waiting for it to be canceled. Cartrack has now decided that I need to make an urgent payment of R208(same amount as my debit order) or they are going to blacklist me and I should pay R1800 to clear my name. I really don't understand why they don't want to assist me in cancelling and providing me with a cancellation letter. I feel as if they are holding me hostage so that I can continue with my debit orders when I really don't want anything to do with them!!!!!!
