Cartrack refuses to cancel contract service for one of the vehicles

Cartrack refuses to cancel contract service for one of the vehicles. It’s been months of me going back and forth with the company. I have sent evidence to show them that the reason for the cancellation is purely based on the fact that what I bought does not work at all. I’ve screen recording as well proof. The complaints department’s even the manager’s chose to ignore my request
