Cartrack refuses to cancel but still take funds on my account

I am so unhappy with the CarTrack my contract ended last year October and I did ask the company to close my account but I was charged on month to month basis continued paying , made several calls January 2025 for closure of my account until I received the cancellation letter but still funds are being debited in my account and now I hardly sleep every morning and day I am being called to pay for something I have cancelled. I went to my Bank for assistance but I was told they need to remove it from their side but they keep on giving various reasons to pay then they close after making payments they will be quiet until the month ends and then go through the same process of my account being debited..

Please assist I am so tired
