cartrack refund

i am extremely frustrated with the inconsistent debiting from Cartrack. They often fail to to debit on time, then send a payment link. Once i pay via the link, they procced to debit again, causing unnecessary delays in getting a refund. This has happened twice now. I urge you to revisit your refund turnaround time and ensure your agents are trained to communicate politely and professionally with clients. waiting 14 days for a refund that isn't my fault is unacceptable.
