Cartrack Refer a friend **** campaign.

Cartrack is running Refer a friend **** campaign and their agents are in on it. The company app has a refer a friend campaign on their apps even now. I refered a friend and they said I will get two months off from my monthly bill. I called in and gave them the friends details and they logged it and told me that I would not be billed for August and September. I have been billed for those two months and their agents keep telling me that the call is logged. Today 01/10/2025 a lady from their client service department told me that the campaign has been on hold since beginning of July.

A lady by the name of Bomukazi in the accounts department told me to give further clients details for her to log another ticket for the campaign. She requested for car registration number and the friends username or ID. She was using me to update her details, the client I referred has already been debited twice already.

Cartrack is purposely giving out falls information to get new clients, using falls information to **** us. Their agents are quit aware that the campaign is not active but they take the friends details as a new clients without telling the one who called for their own sales profits.
