Cartrack recovery warranty maybe a **** with new hidden terms and conditions. Be careful

When I chose Cartrack to fit a tracking unit, those spoke about recovery warranty but did not speak of the terms and conditions, only that if they cannot recover my car then I will be entitled for a compensation(meaning recovery warranty). When I got my car ******, I then found out why I never received my documents which have these terms and conditions of qualifying for a recovery warranty which they said had been updated in may of 2024. They had sent those documents to a wrong email which then hindered me from following these terms to qualify for the warranty which they never explained when I chose them to fit a tracking unit. Furthermore, they had stored my plate number incorrectly, after so many attempts of calling them and making them aware, they never bothered to update my plate number. The morning I woke up to find my car ******, I called to tell them that my car had been ****** and then I had to inform them in that call that they still have my plate number wrong and the recovery team will look for the wrong car. It was only on that day that they updated my plate number but my car had already disappeared and even today they never recovered it and even after such negligence, they refuse to pay me my recovery warranty after being on a premium of R229. I was paying more because I wanted the best protection but yet they cheat me of my recovery warranty that was due to their negligence of sending documents to an incorrect email.
