CARTRACK RECOVERY WARRANTY A ****!

Cartrack is A TOTAL ****! They talk big but act small! The promise for a R150 000 recovery warranty is a myth and DOES not exist! My car was ****** and they could not recover it. I called them to claim for my recovery warranty benefit as promised and they have been back tracking and throwing out all types of excuses for them not to pay! At 1st they told me that I was insured with an insurance company I had never heard of before which is an exclusion on the recovery warranty. When I was quick to prove them wrong by sending them my policy schedule of the correct insurer they then told me I was offered the unit by a 3rd party which again is completely incorrect because I called in to action the unit in my car and made sure to ask the agent if this cover allows for the Recovery Warranty and the agent confirmed! The people at Cartrack also told me that the unit I was offered is excluded from the recovery warranty something that I have asked them to prove on the policy schedule or through any communication sent to me & they cannot! They expect me to just take their word for it after the fact! In addition I have called the call centre on 2 occasions to ask about the Quick Insure Unit and they have confirmed that I WOULD IN ACTUAL FACT QUALIFY FOR THE RECOVERY WARRANTY! Cartrack must just be fair and pay what is due to me as per their initial promise. If not I will take this matter to the ombudsman!
