Cartrack Recovery Limited Warranty playing dike and dive, and I'm sick and tired now

This is my forth review complain about Cartrack Recovery Limited Warranty. They are playing games and think they are clever As my car was ****** February 2025 I submitted a then my claim was declined then I disputed then my claim was escalated to their legal department then their Legal department rep**** after 4 months oh so that my claim is valid I should re-submit again, I did that and they say the claim will be finalized within 60 days my issue that 60 days has passed, and they are quite and when I send emails they take time to reply and when they reply they are telling I have to be patient my claim is in the process of being finalized, my documents have to reach all senior managers, all this 60 days why the documents haven't reached the seniors manager just stop playing game, it been long overdue complaining about one thing it almost a year since my car was ******, yo don't deserve any star at all
