Cartrack recovery benefit a disaster

Cartrack recovery is just a disaster waiting to happen. After my car was found CarTrack demands I reimburse them R150 000 which is the same amount they paid me for non recovery of the car. However, this is in breach with clause 10.1.1.3 of my contract with CarTrack which states that “should the ****** Vehicle be recovered by any party after payment by Cartrack has been made, then the Client shall be obligated to inform Cartrack in writing and reimburse Cartrack the Recovered Value within 7 (seven) days of the recovery. The “Recovered Value” shall mean the lesser of the warranty payment made by Cartrack to the Client or the market value of the Vehicle in its recovered condition.” CarTrack demand not the market value of the vehicle in it’s recovered condition nor the lesser of the warranty payment made by Cartrack, which is madness!
