Cartrack ....rather look for an alternative tracking service provider.

I wanted to install a new tracking system. I was told by a colleague that they had a Cartrack system installed and it was done speedily. I contacted them and arranged for installation and specifically stated that I need to replace my tracker AS THE PANIC BUTTON DOES NOT WORK. When the installation was done, I asked where the panic button is. I was told the package I was on did not include a panic button. So I asked them to please install a panic button. I am still waiting.... and I have to pay extra for it. Then I get a call asking if I don't want to add some additional product for an additional amount. I said no thanks, I really want a panic button added. Another promise to get someone to contact me immediately to install a panic button......I am still waiting...Each time you are contacted or you contact Cartrack, you are notified that the call is recorded. I wish someone will go and listen to the my interaction with Cartrack!!!!!
