Cartrack provides the worst admin service

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I will never sign up with Cartrack ever again. Firstly, different people within the same department call you so many times to ask the same questions you have already answered, and then they fail to update your profile, and then they call you again, and again, and at the end, your profile is not updated. Then, they call again.

Secondly, their accounts department is so disorganized. They run irregular debit orders. Even when you talk to someone in the accounts department, the debit orders remain irregular, sometimes debited twice a month. Cartrack is the worst. Really the worst.
