Cartrack Prolongs Walk to Freedom

This company is refusing to cancel my contract with them, after many requests via email, as well as through their website. All I get are warnings of being in default, after reversing the debit order with my bank, since I cancelled the Cartrack service. They just keep ignoring my emails and threatening me to pay up. I can’t even believe I am needing to write this complaint. It is a sad state of affairs. Keep well clear, if you have alternatives, SA.
