Cartrack poor service- fine script

I signed with Cartrack not knowing that I will purchase a new vehicle (lighter on fuel due to the current increases). It will cost me R800 to transfer the tracker from the old car to the new vehicle.

Cartrack allow a payment option of 3 months only to pay the R800.

I am paying a monthly installments of R149.00 per month without privileges vs other service providers i.e. ADT R49 p.m. with a panic button. I am now stuck in a 24 months contract. According to their customer service it will cost me R2000.00 to opt out of this contract.
