CARTRACK POOR SERVICE

I have put a review on the 6 Febr on Hello Pter and Cartrack Rep**** on the 6 Febr that they will investigate. On the 7th of February I received an email from a Legal Officer Sharise Smith saying: "Please note that we had not responded to your previous correspondence as we did not deem it as an appeal but rather just a statement of your disappointment...." I have sent an email back on the 9th of February with no feedback. so I believe its faster to get in contact with CARTRACK on Hello Peter
