Cartrack poor service

I have been with car track since I bought my car in 2021 January. Everything was well till that car was ****** last year 4 October 2023. I called in to report my case they searched for that night and told me they are still searching they will update me. The next day I called in to ask I was advised to wait for them to call me. Two weeks later still no call from them I called and they told me they did not find it.

I tried calling to get information with regards to their your payout should they fail to get the car. I was told that I won't qualify for is because I failed to call in every month to check if my tracker was functional , however this was never mentioned to me before. The only thing I was told if was of the online app to check my car I used it effectively. I asked then for a contract we have signed that states that if I do not call in monthly il forfeit my chances of getting a payout should my car be ****** n not recovered. Till date they did not send it and never communicated with me anymore when I call the will redirect my calls .
