CARTRACK POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Cartrack is refusing for me to cancel their services, im being told i must pay a cancellation whereas i dont use their services anymore, the car they had installed their device was in an accident and got written off, to top it all they could not even pick it up that i was in an accident, i do not to ever use them or recommend them to family and friends, a very bad company and they take advantage of the consumer...i have a new car and they must cancel their stupid services with me,
